I live in Florida. I have a total of three accidents and seven violations. I took class time to get rid of 4 points for violations of the 4 above. Currently I have 8 points on my license. Is not allowing me to get my CDL?

How should I capture a live stream?
I have been assigned by my political party to capture the live stream from the West Virginia legislature. I have tried some common programs like WM Recorder and Orbit to little avail. The problem lies in the file extension. The path to the feed is “mms://live.wvlegislature.gov/hodchamber” This opens fine in Windows Media, but all other programs throw a fit. The party leader has purchased a 1TB Hard Drive to store all the data, but I would really like to avoid screen capturing as that would take more memory than required. Any help would be appreciated. He would also like a way to schedule the program to automatically run when it is scheduled by the user because meetings take place at certain times. He could set it at the beginning of the week and it would record. Thanks in advance!
