Criminal Back round Check?

I have been with my employee for 6 years now. They just asked me to fill out forms for Education and/or Previous Employer Verification plus Information for Criminal History Check and/or Driving Records Sent. Is this legal? I already filled this out before I was hired. Should I fill them out?

you do not have to fill them out, they do not have to keep you employed, it is not uncommon for employers to re run background and D/L checks from time to time, it is not illegal it is whatever their policy is
