I got a speeding ticket today at a time in my little hometown Backroad McCalla, Alabama. McCalla not have its own police department. A police officer from a neighboring village, Bessemer, Alabama, I published the ballot. Do you think it was under their jurisdiction or do anything for it? Is it legal?
