I'm 17, I had my license for just under 9 months. I live in Minnesota and I'm over 17, going 47 in a 30 but was only about 35 to 1 / 4 mile ahead of where I I found (I have an appointment and said the police told me to call a number to set a hearing date or something, paid my fines.
