I got caught driving without a license?
Of course I’m a dumb ass, I no i no. But I am so scared. Never been in the back of a cop car, no record what so ever. I live in central fl, anyone no what will happen to me in court?
Does the cop need to be in court with me?

You will go to court cop will not be there because you are just doing a guilty or not plea, which take the not guilty .
Because if you plead guilty you will get charged heavier than if you get a court appointed attorney which he will plea bargain to a lesser offense and you’ll get a lighter fine, a suspended lisc, (weather you have a current one or not) it will still be suspended for a period of 90 days.
All said and done you will pay about $247.00
