If a solar storm wiped out all the computers what would happen to government databases. For example would everything about me get wiped out like my driving record, fines, tax info, etc etc…. Also would cds, hard drives and other backup media be destroyed, or just the motherboards and/or chips?

I do not oppose it and I am eligible for traffic school, I will as soon as possible (before the deadline or will I have to appear). Can I go to court and pay or I have to mail? I also expected to pay 25dollars traffic school when I pay the fine?
