¿I can get a commercial driver's license, even with the above offenses?

I live in Florida. I have a total of three accidents and seven violations. I took class time to get rid of 4 points for violations of the 4 above. Currently I have 8 points on my license. Is not allowing me to get my CDL?

You can obtain a commercial driver's license, as long as I still was not suspended, and pass written tests – Oh, yes, and give the DMV some money. You will have a difficult time getting hired by a reputable company until "be clean" for a while … probably two years or more.
