¿I can get a commercial driver's license, even with the above offenses?
I live in Florida. I have a total of three accidents and seven violations. I took class time to get rid of 4 points for violations of the 4 above. Currently I have 8 points on my license. Is not allowing me to get my CDL?
You can obtain a commercial driver's license, as long as I still was not suspended, and pass written tests – Oh, yes, and give the DMV some money. You will have a difficult time getting hired by a reputable company until "be clean" for a while … probably two years or more. Although there are a large number of flights by transport companies will still hire the night, but the working conditions suck.

i am wondering are points issued to someones driving record due to receiving a ticket? i heard so.. but how about when being at fault of a minor car accident? no one injured though. and no cops coming to the scene either.
It depends what state you are in. In PA certain traffic violations carry points and some don’t, as far as vehicle accidents the only ones that will go on your drivers record are reportable crashes. Which in Pa means a vehicle was either towed or a person was injured.
