I have AT & T. I continue to receive a new notice of voice mail, without even a missed call, and when you call my voice mail says I have no new messages. It's really annoying. Why is this happening and how can I stop that?
Depends on the phone you have, but in your configuration, you should be able to remove the envelope. You may want consult the user guide to find exactly where that option is.
