In PA, is it true that paying a speeding ticket in 30 days you will avoid points?

the cop mentioned it to me – coming from NJ i couldn’t be more thrilled. Even with a $90 fine. I just want to make sure i should NOT go to court to get points removed. (It’s how it goez down in Jerzey)

Ive never heard of it, sounds like b.s to me too. I think he just wanted you to pay it so you would be found guilty and he wouldent have to go to court.
