Drivers of Texas: uninsured driver to drive most cars insured parents, speeding ticket?

I'm 20 and live with my parents in charge. I was an infraction ticket for driving 37 mph in what I thought was a 35 zone but a zone 25. I am sure, but my parents are insured and was driving his car.
