Drivers of Texas: uninsured driver to drive most cars insured parents, speeding ticket?

I'm 20 and live with my parents in charge. I was an infraction ticket for driving 37 mph in what I thought was a 35 zone but a zone 25. I am sure, but my parents are insured and was driving his car. With pleasure I never pay the fines, and the first time, I will take the kind of defense. I was wondering, what will happen to my driver and the car? that the permit be revoked and confiscated the car? (I know, insurance premiums will increase if im added to your responsibility, and I have to get insurance anyway). Has anyone been in a similar situation, or even in Texas? I know that laws vary from state to state, so they can Texas Drivers please hepatitis me? Thank you in advance!

The car will be impounded and his license will be suspended. You do not have to be "added" your insurance. Already covered. The insurance of their parents can go a little higher, but not necessarily. RELAX!
