What is on my ticket …?

Basically I was involved in an accident last Friday. I was arrested to a stop, looked to my left, saw no one coming, so I decided to go. I looked to my left and left to go see this lady out of nowhere. I pause as I see it coming, but I'm a little toward the intersection. She swerved to avoid, mount on the sidewalk and struck a tree. I received a ticket for not yielding to a stop sign. The note indicates that the speed limit: 65. This is not correct, because the speed limit in this area is 30, I know because I checked before leaving the scene. Not my speed might be, because I do not go anywhere.
