Speeding Somwhere South Texas ….?

I have a speeding ticket when I had my ID in Texas (no driving license). I lost my speeding. I do not I have my ID over Texas, or the number on the ID was about 17 when this happens, I am now 20 and I'm about to leave the Navy June 3, 2010. My recruiters are lazy dogs, even though I told them that if they can do for me will not. (Ive tried and tried to ask my mother). Is there anyone who can help me find where I have more tickets? I tried asking my service findin the local police if I have the tickets in other counties, but they say they can not help.
