Speeding please help?

I just got a ticket this morning in Michigan, and I live in New York. The delemar I know that I can not afford a speeding ticket, but I'm debating whether it's worth the fight. The officer told me marked 70 mph in 55, beliveing ??my problem is that when I looked down my reading speed-o was 50. This is because it marked me a curve on a road … I drove a truck filled with articles and the curve should be at least more of a bend of 45 degrees. I find it difficult believe that I was over 70 with the loss of any charge. Then, the agent wrote in my ticket that was 65 km / h in 55, and says Section notes recorded at 70 mph .. Not that alil fish? I have taken the place of the marriage license, and wrote the ticket for free in their own paper. So I have to go to court anyway. Would it be in my interest to try to fight against that, and I have a witness who was my girlfriend.

I heard that when the clock with a radar gun, they have to give a range set at the beginning of the session, and proof of this has been done and that the officer was able to adjust properly. Hope it helps.
