I live in wisconsin & i got 2 tickets for owi & driving over the alcohol limit which is .08.I went to court for it today & i pled no contest and the judge told me that they are going to drop the owi (fine=$803.00)& charge me with the over the alcohol limit (fine=250.00) i guess i blew a .09.They said my license would be suspended for 6 months & no alcohol assessment.Sorry if i sound dumb here,but what exactly does all this mean?Will i still have a drunk driving on my record?Thanks for your answers.

You will have a owi on your record but by accepting the lesser plea the judge let you off with a smaller penalty, under wisconsin law if you work you can get a restricted license for work but your suspension will last for the six months.
