I stopped when I lived in Texas for a brief period over 2 years. I went to court and pleaded guilty (although I was not, I left the state and could not return to combat my case.) It was a minor speeding ticket. Well, I did not pay the bill all this time and I checked on site the town that are for me a mandate. My question is: do away with controls offenses time if I find it?
