How to get the date of a past traffic ticket if it is not on my driving record?

So I got a traffic ticket awhile back in which I did traffic school for so it would not make my insurance go up. I recently got another ticket and I cannot do traffic school again unless my first ticket was over 18 months ago. I dont know the date of my first ticket and I went on the DMV website because you can get your driving record online, yet it did not show anything about my ticket on my driving record. Is that because I took driving school, so it was not reported to the DMV? I need to find out if it was over 18 months ago so i can see if i am eligible for traffic school again.

You local Motor Vehicle Dept. (DMV) should have access to this info – it usually is NOT on the copy they give you, because you had it taken care of. IT is still on file however, in a hidden field. When you go to traffic court, the judge will tell you whether or not you are eligible for traffic school. He has the full report.
