Become an air traffic controller?
I am a U.S. citizen you are interested in becoming a CAT. Here in the States can becoming an ATC, if you have 3 years of progressive experience or going to school for that. I'll be 18 years before and during the experiment I I do not think the work is considered progressive. I read that this can become a CAT in the UK without having to go to school. If I understand correctly, you can become an apprentice and paid (£ 10 – £ 15k correct). It seems more intelligent to become an apprentice and get paid for what they spend $ 24,000 (U.S. dollars) for a title. Questions: Can a U.S. citizen and become the ATC in the UK? What conditions of residence or a visa? Also I read that you should have GCSE. What exactly are these tests? I have a GED. Is that enough or if I need anything else?
All the information you need to know;)
