What can I do about a speeding ticket out of town, took a plane, learned two weeks after the fact!?

I I was in Phoenix a few weeks ago (in a rental car). I just received a ticket 66 km / h in a 55 mph zone without being sent home order or any other form of contact. Is this legal? I find it hard to believe that you can send the tickets … I do not remember how fast there are two weeks!? This is absurd. PD: knew they could track the planes, I thought you had to shoot there and then … not send a note …

It is perfectly legal. I suggest you pay the fine by mail and do with it. Or spend the money to go to court is probably higher fined and not living in Phoenix and would travel expenses.
