Best speech to fight my ticket. an unmarked car was on my ass for 10 minutes going 90 in an 80, then we caught a bus going 80 exactly. so till i could pass (20 mins) he was on my ass, and i was keeping my distance from the bus. when I can pass I do. He then clocks me going 116 in an 80 giving him room to follow me passing the bus as well. he had started anyway, so I had to. thats BS! I want to fight it. ideas????? Thanks

you think 116 is dangerous in an 80 outside of town? speed results in 6% of all accidents. its cell phones, cds, and not paying attention thats dangerous. yet 60% of all HTA violations were for speeding. Im sorry, I thought it was actually a good thing to fight something I and many others feel is wrong. speeding tickets are a cash cow, plain and simple. but just like photo radar they too will soon be gone.(all we have to do is speak out)
