How do you explain in a job interview with a crime of 9 years? Some companies charge duties of care?
I had high school was stupid and the theft of a department store. I was sentenced to deferred (which I have outlined in the application), good service, and community crime. Some employers still worry about the burden regardless of the duration of your state. I had high positions as a director since then. I have letters saying that I am a hard working, dedicated and reliable person, but I'm still confused as how to talk comfortably without looking stupid. Any suggestions on how I should word of the incident? This work, I will be interviewed for a job very important, I do not want to lose my chance, because an indictment old. I am a changed since that happened. This is the only charge on my background check. Not even a traffic violation on my driving record. Please someone guide me with the proper verbiage or focus. I say that as honest as possible. The answer given was just great! Be open and honest about it, let them know that was a big mistake, they looked back since and have worked very hard to change and overcome their mistake. Everyone was young once and realize the naivety of a young person. Do not talk too much, I do not want to overcome the interview. Suffice it to say and move on. Okay, so I turned 16 this past december and I am getting a motorcycle. I’m also doing a motorcycle safety course which I heard decreases your insurance. My first day at the course is today and I should have a m2 by April 3rd (I got my m1 on Feb 1st). I’m getting a used Kawasaki Ninja 250r, probably between the years of 2008-2010. I will probably get the bike for around $3800. (the Kawasaki Ninja is $1000 more expensive in Canada than USA).
