Is this a valid way of a speeding ticket?
I left the road in a new outlet that has no posted speed limit, anywhere. Just when I got out, approached a car that does not work, so I had to maintain a higher speed for more beyond it. I turned a corner, where a policeman came into the street and told me to stop. I was going 51 mph in a 35 zone mph, apparently, where the rest of the motorway speed limit of 45 mph on access roads to the motorway. My question is whether or not it is just for me. It turns out that the ticket costs about $ 200, and the whole situation seems ridiculous. Do I have a chance to get this bill repealed? If makes a difference, my ticket to Texas. Thank you.
