Can I get my DMV record cleared of a dui when the cops did not see me driving?

I was arrested in a gas station because a witness saw my car not me swerving. I went to the gas station and when I came out the police were there. I was not in the car and they arrested me. Since I have no proof I was not driving I had to take the DUI. I was on prescription drugs at the time.
Can I fight this with the DMV. I hear people have won cases with the DMV. Just because they were found guilty in the court the DMV did not charge them. This happened in Nevada. I am in CA.

In Nevada, drugs can cause a DUI arrest. However they have to prove you were driving. You don’t have to prove you weren’t. However, the judge will decide so get a Nevada lawyer and he can probably get it reduced.
