For how long a speeding violation can affect my driving record?
I was going like 120MPH on I55, saw the cop and reduced speed but Cop still pulled me over the radar indicated I was 78MPH in a 55MPH zone that’s 21-30 miles above the limit So I got a speeding ticket and I have 3 options:
A.Pay the ticket $95
B.Pay $135 go to a class get probation and keep my record clean
C.go to court and hope they dont have proof of my violation
My question is for how long will that speeding ticket stay on my record If I just pay the $95 ? or what do you recomend me to do?
