I just got a dui in So. Cali. Should I get a lawyer???
I made a huge mistake and got caught with dui in California.
I thought I waited long enought before I started driving but I blew a .10.
I don’t have a criminal record, no tickets, and my first dui, my car was at a complete stop when I got caught. My bumper was slightly touching my tires which made a noise so I stopped.
I was very polite, remorseful, and respectful.
Is it worth it to get a lawyer for dmv hearing and at court?

got caught and I was the desinated driver for my friend party yesterday. I am sorry for what I did and I thank God that I didn’t hurt anyone that night. I just need some advice if there is anyway I can’t get this case dismissed or reduced to minimum.
