jsut pay the fine.. unless you have witnesses it would be hard to prove.. also saying you were “distracted” is bad.. that is basically saying you are not an alert driver. and if you were the car in the last spot and you hit a car in front of you then it is pretty obvious you were at fault unless there was the very rare possibility that the car in front of you slammed on their brakes and stopped very quickly and you didnt have time to stop… but- then again if you kept a good distance from that car you would have had time to stop
