can i send my vision report to the DMV?

so i passed my knowledge test at the DMV but failed the vision test in 5 seconds!!! idk how but i did even though they never asked me what i saw. now they want me to get my doctor to sign a release for me to drive but my doctor here doesn’t want to because my eye tests aren’t accurate anymore but i went to a specialist 4 hour from where i live last month. can they fax all the records to the DMV directly from there office?

Yes as long as its signed by the doctor and its dated.
