I can’t find my driving license document?
The thing they need to record my points or send away.
Well last friday I was stopped for having someone on the back without a helmet and then I bumped it onto the pavement which I know was a stupid thing to do. And I got done by undercover police, and I got 3 points and a £60 fine, now I 7pm tonight, to produce my documents, now I’ve got all my insurance documents, my cbt certifcate, my v5 etc but she wants the thing to record the points, I can’t find it. Can’t they check online or ring someone up to check, or I’ll get summoned to court or something. If I do go to court what will happen?
They can easily check with the DVLA to find out if you have a licence. You will have to send away for a new one – it will cost you though.
