I been looking in Wal-Mart, Future Shop and Staples, I don’t see anything and I wondering WHERE I can get Vehicle Camera Video Recorder for on my car and record all highway where I driving?

Nothing illegal about mounting a camera and recorder in your own car in Canada. There are a number of companies that sell to police agencies. Maybe they would sell to an individual, but try a store that sells surveillance equipment like Spy Tech in Toronto.
