Is it more difficult for me to become a police officer, firefighter or EMT?

I think a career change but do not want you wasting my time. I am 33 years and wondered whether it would be difficult for me to become. My driving record is not perfect, 2, or 3 speeding tickets in 3-5 recent years. My criminal record has no offense, but I have a few minor crimes, there is nothing in the last 5 years.
