Ok so I received a speeding ticket a couple of days ago. If it is my first offense can I take defensive driving and get the fine and record of my ticket removed? I live in Texas. Thanks in Advance

I live in Alabama and that’s what I did…I’m guessing it’s the same there. I paid $125 to take the class and the ticket won’t go on your record. But you can only take the class once in 18 months, so be careful from now on! =)
