If I obtain a US drivers license, will my Australian driving record be transferred over to the new license?

I am in the process of pre-employment for a job here in the USA. My visa will be valid for 2 years plus. If I were to obtain a drivers license here, will the details of my Australian driving record be transferred over?

i doubt it. i think that,s just if you were living here in 1 state and you moved to another state.
