Everything that more than 20 mph is considered reckless driving and can really hit you with serious points (on your license) and a heavy fine. Pleading not guilty say – you want go to driving school and ask to lower the points or … They did not, but if you show that you're sorry and want to do better (that's what volunteering for the driving school is for) you can easily reach you. Please Help Me! Should I get my license?
Should I get my license before my court date or will the judge suspend it ? I am 18 and I live in Georgia.
Long story short I took my mom’s car without permission and I got 3 tickets:
1. Driving without headlights
2. No license on person
3. Violating the restrictions of a learners permit
The first 2 citations will cost me $174 according to the Dekalb Recorders Court Website. However I also read on their website that if I plead nolo to the last one I would avoid suspension. What should I do? Will this make my insurance go up when I get a license? Is there a point system for learners permits? Will those points affect my permanent drivers record since I do not have a license yet ? Can points be transferred from a learners permit to a license or do you start with a clean slate?

In my opinion, I think you should put more money and get a Valentine One is. Whistler is hit or miss. Between the two choices, I would go with Whistler.
