how can my mom renew her license?
we are originally from AL. I moved to GA 3 years ago she moved here a year ago
Her license expired this month
We just went to the DDS to renew/transfer
They wouldn’t do it because she has the last name J because she married my dad. But she divorced him. So her legal name is TLJ but her birth certificate says TLS.
Mom has called the court house where she got married/divorced and they have no record of her or so they claim.
So what do we do? How can we get a copy of her marriage license?
Should we drive back to AL and get it done there instead?
