I have a warrant? New hearing date?

I was in a car accident back in August and said I take that to the judge conducting the defense to compensate for the ticket. It was expected to be back in court in December, but they have not accept my defensive driving certificate because he had the background checks included with it. I said to my post a new hearing date for my address, but we are in March and still have not received such! My daddy says that some time, but I become crazy, I do not want to go to jail. I live in Texas.

You must contact the court. His case could have fallen through the cracks, may have lost the account and have a mandate, could not come so far, or could have been followed by a bunch of times. Really have no way of knowing until you contact them.
