How do I know if I am eligible for traffic school?

I received a speeding ticket a few weeks ago and never received a notice "courtesy" in the section e-ticket. FAQ site traffic said to refer to your courtesy notice to see if you qualify for traffic school. Is there another way to know if I qualify? Also – I was going 85 in a zone of 65 miles. Do anyone know how many points are on my driving record?

You are eligible for traffic school if the following conditions applies: you do not have a commercial license Class A, B, C or driving, you were not driving a commercial vehicle (as defined in VC 15210 (b)) at the time of the offense and do not attend school traffic during the last 18 months for rape, rape, you do not exceed the limit speed over 25 miles per hour, the charge is not related to alcohol, the charge carries a metering point.
