FHP: Southbound Florida 9A might re-open by 3 p.m. (Florida Times-Union)

**12:28 p.m. **The truck that was struck head-on does belong to the Duval
County School Board, said the Florida Highway Patrol.

**12:04 p.m. **Southbound lanes of Florida 9A may still be closed for two to
three more hours, said a Florida Highway Patrol spokesman.

Traffic is being redirected to Atlantic Boulevard, south on St. Johns Bluff
Road and the 9A on-ramp south of the crash site.

Northbound lanes of St. Johns Bluff, even under the overpass, have re-opened
as have northbound lanes of 9A.
