I live in California and recently flipped my car, will it count as a point on my DMV Record?
My vehicle veered off the roadway completely on its own into a dirt shoulder(took me totally by surprise.) I was trying to slow down before i got back onto the roadway but saw i was heading for a telephone pole and turned the wheel towards the roadway trying to avoid the pole.(pole was about 50ft away Speed was 40-45MPH) I avoided the pole but slid across the road sideways before hitting a ditch and flipping over.
I already know that the insurance will go up but my question is will the DMV put a point on my driving record if there were no other cars involved???
It depends if you were ticketed or not.
If it was deemed an accident and no ticket, there will be no points.

Are incoming police dispatch records available for public record?
I’m fighting a court case with my former employer and need police records to prove he either didn’t call the police or if he did what time he called, in an effort to show a time line. I was told to have info such as date, approximate time, phone number the call would have come from, location of business and name of person who placed the call. Which I do have all this info. Do you know what kind of time I’m looking at to get all this information? I’m going to call the police records department tomorrow morning to find out if I can get these record at all, then drive to the department to hopefully retrieve the records. Any other info I might need or advice you can give me would be much appreciated.

It depends on what state you live in. In Ky all recorded calls and transmissions are public records unless they are coming from a confidential informant. What state is this in and I will look more into it for you?
