How Do You Get a Noise Violation Without Knowing It?
I just got a speeding ticket yesterday (and I was speeding, so no dispute there). However, when the cop was running my license he said that there was a warrant out because I had gotten a noise violation a year ago.
I have absolutely know memory of how that happened-I don’t listen to music loudly, I don’t have one of those stereo things, and during the month that it happened, I was only in the country or about four days of it.
Even if it did happen, how did it get on my record without someone telling me? The car I had to have been driving was not in my name, so wouldn’t I have to have received some notice about this or what?
This could be a simple mistake that was made by a police officer where someone might have called your car in or they got the wrong plate number wrote down.
Its best to contact the police department and ask to see the ticket so that you can verify the signature on the ticket if there is one and at the same time verify the information about the car….

I got a speeding ticket in New York on Highway by patrol roads. It was 10 hours, the home of my during my second job. I said I was 79 and the limit is 55. But the world was going at least 70. I was really behind the people. I was speeding because I wanted to go home eat and sleep for my university exam in the morning. This is my first ticket. Is there a way I have to fight it? What are my options? How? (theres no office in the ticket). If I appear before the court had to call in my case? I have a case? Is it possible to "pity points" where May the judge feel sorry for me? I work 2 jobs at times I am a part and full-time college students. I was on my way to work. Is it worth attending? (I think I can post) sorry for all the questions, thank you for an answer.
Just because everyone is accelerating, not to say that's fine. If you registered to 79 to 55, I'd say you were wrong. In MN, if you go 20 MPH you have to pay more because it is considered "excessive speed". Pay the fine and take it. Not worth going to court again. Why take a day off (and not paid), only to go to court where he will have to pay the money anyway.

Birth Certificate and Social Security Card?
My girlfriend and I have been having a very difficult time trying to obtain our daughter’s Social Security Card and Birth Certificate we applied for one at the Hospital and have never received it (Although it shows on the records that a SSN was registered to her, as I got the number for filing Taxes) We have called our local office even drove nearly 100 something miles to just get the paper with her number on it not even the actual card. I have filled out different forms mailing them in only to get them back saying I can’t request that information because I wasn’t on the Birth Certificate even though at the hospital (Tucson Medical Center) when we filled out the request it had my information on it as well as the mothers. There is no new version. Some Retailers are trying to price and sell at a profit. I had one of these about a year and a half before my Camaro SS was raided and he was stolen. I loved it.
