Does toll violation affect your driving record?

Let’s say, a driver didn’t have enough cash to cover a toll when he/she passed through so the toll had sent he/she a fine through the mail because they took a snap of your license plate. Does anyone know if this fine affects your driving record? I know speeding ticket does, but what about a simple toll violation?

The toll violation goes to the vehicle owner, who may or may not be the driver. It will not show up on a drivers license check.
