I got a speeding ticket in California. I was accelerating faster than the ticket says, I beat him?
Code infringement is 22349 (a), I drove to 76 majority, but has been marked by what appears to be 80 or 85. I was not probably accelerate and change lanes traffic was very, very light on a sunny day. The writing on the ticket is enough bad and I can not say if the motorcycle cop uses a radar or laser. The Unit "Radar" is unchecked. I have a clean driving record of my life (5 years, I had my license), I have to fight my case and if so, how can I prove my case in court?

If the police do not show the court drop the case and will not to pay the fine. Unless your office before a jury, you will not have to "prove" that you are driving in one of these speeds. The police is your LAN, said police did not show! Anyway, if you end up paying the ticket, make sure the school traffic, which will retain a clean driving record.
