If I get a speeding citation in a national park will be delivered to my home state (California)?

The National Park Dakota South. The ticket price is federal. http://www.cvb.uscourts.gov/ I live in California. DMV does add points to my driving record? If yes, are there ways to avoid points? I did a little research by calling the Office of Tourism, South Dakota and California DMV DMV. The tourist office told me not to report directly to California. After explaining the situtation and location for the South Dakota DMV, they said they would be sent to California. The information I received is that there is no equivalent federal school traffic. Never heard of DMV, which allows someone to go to traffic school after a conviction, even in a foreign jurisdiction, and to doubt that this would be confidential, which is what worries them most – the effects of insurance are more immediate concern of a possible point DMV.
