How long can you get for DWLS as a HTO?

I know 3 times driving on a suspended license, you are considered a habitual traffic offender. What happens when you get arrested the 4th time, and violate probation? For the record it’s not me or anyone I’m close to Thought this 4th one would definately be a felony but online record of the person is showing it’s a 2nd degree misdemeanor. Actually all 4 of them are listed that way and one of them even included a DUI with it! So in Florida how long do you think this person will be locked up? Serious answers only please.

I don’t know anyone stupid enough to dig a hole this deep for themselves … but they are really looking at a serious penalty. I wouldn’t be surprised at a license suspension bordering on permanent, thousands of dollars in fines and a few years in the clink.
