How do I get my driving record when I’ve lost my driver’s license?

I recently moved from Pennsylvania to West Virginia. I went to apply for a new WV drivers license but had lost my PA drivers license. They said they needed my driving record at least. I don’t want to have to return to PA and the online driving record request requires a that I know my number (which I don’t).

You contact your insurance agent in PA who will have your license number on file, and find out what it is, and they you will have what is needed.
