Z score probability Question: (LITTTLEE HELP?!?
children need your help to solve this calculation … The data collected in passing cars on the road revealed a mean (average) 90 km / h with a standard deviation (sigma lower case) from 5 km / h which is normally distributed much significance is not zero, a police officer is assigned to implement a photo radar in wch the speed limit is 80 km / h. If the 600 vehicles pass through the photo radar and COP provides the cam so that only those who cross the 10% limit are photographed and then on how drivers can expect PC to the ticket? This is what I have, I'll just shows the calculation in my TI-83 Plus is the formula normalcdf (lower limit, upper limit, ie, STD) normalcdf (__, 1000,90,5) * 600, I know I have to take more than many, but .. What exactly is the lower limit here? pleeeasee someone help? Thanx in advance ..
I suppose that the upper limit is great because it is basically infinite. The lower limit is 80 to 10% = 88 km / h?
