How to slow the loss of demerit points on your license QLD?

I just got caught speeding by a officer and received a ticket man. I lost my license once these points have been deducted, however, I am less than 2 months to get my open license and getting 12 points. If you delay payment until the due date i am 1 months short term. Does anyone know a way to this delay to take the points after I acquired my license open?
