Your chances are zero. If you drive under the influence ONCE, you can argue that you normally don’t do such things. However, by repeating the action, and getting caught at it, you’ve proven that you didn’t learn from the first offense. The court will also probably think that you’ve done it other times, too, and just haven’t been caught.
