How can I erase my driving record?

first of all. I had some tickets back then when I was in the military and since my unit deployed a lot I coundnt go to court for 3 of them but paid my fines. I’ve been getting pulled over for the dumbest stuff I didn’t even do and since my record is bad its hard to convince the judge that I’m not guilty. I want to know a way to get a fresh start. I’m also going to renew my security clearance and the driving record is also a big part of it.

You can not erase your driving record, nor does it go away after three years. Someone is trying to start a rumor. You may get a break from your insurance company if you don’t have any violations for three years, but that’s it. Usually certain violations are not used as evidence against you in court after a certain amount of time, but your driving record will always be available.
