I was riding a motorcycle in West Virginia, Charles Town. And a policeman took me because I was above the speed limit (49 in 25 mph). My license is Virginia. Does anyone know if the item is transferable or not, since I'm in a different state? The police said that only having to pay the fine ($ 160) or I can come to court to fight for it. But she said that the point is not transferable because I am in another state. And she mentioned that it is dangerous driving. My concern is fewer points on my driving record.
