CHARGE ON RECORD PLEASE HELP?

This problem of mine all started when i was 18 i went on a downward spiral in my life. i am now 21 about to be 22 years old.I was charged with a DWOP and was still on probation then drove again and got another charge. I got a possession of marijuanna charge.. then a Burglary that go dropped down to a petty theif. I need to know if i am able to get the petty theif removed from my record. I relize that i made a huge mistake and if i could go back i definatly would. i am currently a full time college student and work full time. I was just imformed by our HR department that i need to get this expunged off my record or i will not have a job.I also livein idaho and have been violated on these charges can anyone please tell me the steps in getting this removed from my record please and thank you. A

Every jurisdiction has different laws, rules & procedures on this. Some states allow expungement (effectively sealing the record), others allow for post-conviction dismissal (still shows on your record but as “dismissed”), others do not offer any such relief. Even those that offer expungement/post-conviction dismissal have varying requirements for eligibility (what crimes, sentences, status, etc.) Contact the court where the conviction occured and find out what your options are and what the process/procedure is. Sometimes it’s as simple as filling out a form, other times it requires a motion and court hearing.
